Orders
All orders must be placed via our website to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

There is no minimum purchase, but we suggest you order enough items to make the shipping costs worthwhile. Remember our soaps are best when used fresh, but can be stored if necessary. (See our Use & Care page for more info.)

Hibiscus City Soap Co. is required by law to collect sales tax on all orders in Florida. This includes orders placed online from out of state that are shipped to a Florida address.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Product Availability
Our products are handmade and we do not warehouse them. We work diligently to get our products to you as fresh as possible. Although we make every attempt to ship your order ASAP, unanticipated demand can deplete our inventory. Items may be out-of-stock or discontinued without notice. We will notify you if this arises.

Coupons
Coupon codes must be entered at time of checkout and are only valid for the current order. Only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons can not be applied to previously placed orders.

Easy Payment Options
We use Paypal to process all payments. We accept credit cards, personal checks, money orders and PayPal payments. For fastest shipping, use your VISA, Mastercard, or Discover. Orders paid with money order or personal check will not ship until the payment has cleared. A $25 fee will be assessed for returned checks. All personal information you provide is considered confidential and restricted solely to our office use.

Shipping
In-stock items usually ship within two to three business days of receiving your order.

We can only ship to one address per order. If you need your order to go to multiple shipping addresses please place a separate order for each address.

We will only ship within the Continental US.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns other than mistakes on our part or shipping damage. If you find that you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

If damage occurs you must follow shippers guidelines for reporting damage. If this is not done we will not be able to reimberse or replace any damaged items.

Please ask any questions before ordering to insure your satisfaction.

Refused orders are subject to all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.

Samples
We will only honor sample requests with paid orders.
To do so, insert your request on the Checkout page in the Additional Information box. We will accommodate your request as best as we can.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any amount of $10.00 or more. There is no shipping charge for gift certificates.

We Care About The World Around Us!
You may notice that the boxes we ship in may have been previously used. This is because we reuse and recycle our boxes and shipping materials. These packaging materials may not look the best, but you know the contents are going to be great.

Your Privacy
Your privacy is extremely important to us. We know your personal information is private and confidential and will not disclose this data with other organizations or individuals except where required by law. We will not share or sell our mailing lists. Hibiscus City Soap Company will only use your personal information to fill your order or to communicate directly with you.
